A Plus do all Property Maintenance,
If one of our client asks us to oil there deck, we replace all the old faulty nails with stainless steel decking screws (countersunk in) and prepare the deck with a high pressure wash (turned down a little 🤪) and than we oil the deck!
We then also return on another day to replace all furniture back onto the deck,
This is the A-Plus way!!
